Help choosing travel trailer

Hello all, I would like some input or advice on choosing my next Coach. I have owned many differant kind of campers from 30 foot travel trailers to small toy hauler Motorhome and an Aliner. Through all those experiences I have found that my family primary uses the coach to sleep shower/bathroom and eat in. Most of our time is spent enjoying outdoors. Having said that I would like our next coach to be a small Travel trailer that will accomadate the things I have mentioned above. I have narrowed it down to the sub 20 foot trailers that have bunks. I have 2 children 14 and 11 and those models seem to accomadate our needs the most. However there are so many trailers built with the same floor plans. IE:Coleman 15 BH Jayco 15BH etc. so my dilemma now comes down to price and quality. I like to stay in the 10k range and the models I mentioned are all within that price point. So is there a model that stands above others in quality? I was leaning towards Jayco with the 2 year warranty but am not sure. What do you guys think? And just in case it's asked the tow vehicle is more then adequate, I have a 2010 F-250 superduty. So weight of these small trailers is non issue.

  • I just (today) bought a Flagstaff, but prior to this have had 3 Jayco TT's - you can't go wrong with a Jayco!
  • Have you looked at the weight capacities of the small bunkhouse models? Figure 300-450lbs of people, that only leaves you 600-400lbs for water, supplies, etc.
