HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just looking at 5er's, toy haulers, and slide in, sites and they have a sticky for their rig pics. We don't. I just saw that. Is it just me or do we TT guys and gals need a sticky for our rigs. I say yes we do.

Thanks for the quick reply. Nice - extra storage. As for securing it, replace the standard lock with combination ones. That's what we did with ours - replaced them all. You can do it yourself.

OOOO! Very nice Fisherguy - one question - on the first pic - what is that access panel looking thing on one of the slides? We bought our Komfort new in 2006. Then they didn't have the bedroom slide model. Would love to have had that. Never mind though - love ours the way it is.

We had our old 1994 Nomad 2251 for 16 seasons. It was great with the bunk beds for the kids but we had to pull our bed out ever night and put it away every morning, we slept on the "gaucho".

Now the oldest son is 22 and works at a fly fishing lodge all summer so he never makes the "family" trips and the youngest son is 17 and in grade 12, so who knows how much longer he'll be coming with us?

So we finally upgraded the trailer. This one is a little bigger than we started looking at but with the 2 slides and the full queen sized bed it's such a nice change and my wife loves it.

We picked it up in Spokane Wa. and the pics with the truck were taken after spending the night in it on the way home, it's a big sucker compared to what we're used to but it's pretty nice...

Those kids are ready to go and so is the dog! What great pics. I remember when my sons were little, they were always ready to go camping too!

Thanks Mike! Yeah, we had two adults sitting on the soft and two at the table and it did not feel crowded at all. If you choose not to get slides, as we did, this seems to us to be the most comfortable floor plan. The way the sofa is oriented, the position, and the open 1/2 wall to the back bedroom really make it feel more spacious.

You'll love that floorplan, we do. The 19BH we have is nearly the same with just the ommision of the front bedroom. The living area, bunk area, and bathroom are clones.

What we like most is that the sofa is away from the dinette creating a separate, preceived, living room area to watch TV or talk. We sleep in the corner bed while the boy sleeps in the bunk above. Guests can use the sofa which is another double bed or the dinette which is a twin bed.

With your front bedroom, one of your kids will be really spoiled with the big corner double bed.

Thanks I appreciate it! Makes it fun to share pics with others who are into camping. My co-worker has an outback and loves it. Yours is much nicer than his and yours is bigger. Just last month, that is great! How do you like your new electric jack? Mine is on the way and in the mail via ups now...cant wait to get it. Casini Ranch is the same place we have stayed a couple years back. We love camping in that area with the russian river and then head down to goat rock beach. Cool to see a local person on here. Man all we think about is camping...we'll have to plan a trip sometime soon with you guys.

Our children are grown or we would have definitely gone with a bunkhouse, instead mom and dad went for the large bedroom, we needed head room also.

We LOVE the electric jack! They should be standard on ALL trailers, this is our first TT our boat was a piece of cake, we had no idea how crazy it would be with a manual jack.

All we think about is camping too! In fact a bit depressed that we aren't going out for 2 weeks still, we are fortunate to have the weather we have here in California. We will be in Red Bluff Thanksgiving weekend, Friday, Sat and Sunday at The Durango RV Resort, it looks as though others from this forum will also be there! Maybe you can join in! If not definitely Casini sometime!

My combo is pretty similar to yours. It is about 33 feet long and my GVWR is 7000 lbs. I probably camp with it around 6800. I am very happy with the Armada's performance. I don't quite have the HP that you have, but the Armada engine has great low-end torque. I use a 12K equalizer hitch which does a great job. One thing I do really like about the Armada is the fact that you can get the Titan tow mirrors added at the factory/dealership.

The trailer overall length is 31.3 and the newer sequoia's tow this weight range very well. I have towed with less margins than this with our first trailer and older tow vehicle, so this has been very pleasant and stable. Our little ones really wanted bunks and I needed a queen and a trailer with high interior ceilings, so this is what it boiled down to. The Sequoia mirrors are pretty big. I believe I have an advantage because of my height... I have the seat moved way back and angled back, so it gives me a different angle with mirror than most drivers. I can see right down the side of trailer. I do have brand new tow mirrors, but the little gain they give me doesn't out weigh there "issues". It would be cool to have the extendable mirrors on the Sequoia. I read on a forum somewhere that somebody purchased Tundra extendable mirrors and had them installed on the Sequoia. Not sure how that worked out for him. I checked out your profile...how is your SUV doing? How long is your trailer? They both looks really good. Most people just don't realize that these newly released full size SUV's have nearly 400 HP with 4.30 rear diff and 6 speed trannys you get just over 400 on the torque rating; all we need for 7700 pounds. A good hitch that is properly adjusted takes care of the tongue weight and sway and puts the weight where you want it or need it. It all just takes time and has to be thought out and adjusted correctly.

That Tango is sweet. I like the Sequoia too! It is nice to see another large SUV owner pulling a good size trailer. Do the stock Sequoia mirrors work well for towing? They look pretty big, but I still don't know why Toyota doesn't offer the Tundra towing mirrors for the Sequoia.
