That sucks since they know it has (at least on yours) a history of not working correctly.
Slide out problems are OVER!!! I guess Nelsons felt sorry for all the trouble I've had and made me a more than smoking' deal on a '16 Arctic Fox 25R. Pics to follow soon!!
I'm glad they came through for you. We've purchased 4 of our 5 RV's from them and have never had a problem. Our last one, they installed a cord reel, solar system, Travel'r Satellite, and onboard surge protector, and a second AC. All well done and as promised. They also dealt with our insurance company when a separated tire did damage to our rig. They were more than fair.
Looking forward to seeing pics of the new camper.
