Hey Griswold... nice looking set up! How do you like your F150 and how well does it pull your Hornet?

I have only had the trailer for a week and a half, and towed it about 100 miles. When I first picked it up I just hooked it up with no WD or sway control. It towed fine I thought, factory trailer brake controller worked flawlessly. I bought a used draw-tight WD bars and sway control bar and towed it yesterday about 70 miles interstate. It really did make a difference, the truck seemed a lot smoother over bumps and no movement when semi's go by. I got just under 10mpg @ 60MPH. It downshifted some on inclines but nothing major. How long have you had your trailer and anything I should look out for?

Getting ready to take it to storage for the winter. About all we had time to do to it was clean it.

Well the weather sucks and camping is done for the year so this is the closest the family is getting. The SUV/trailer is a supposed to be a model of our Expedition/Hideout on the previous page and the camper is Gramma and Grampa's F350 and Bigfoot. This kept my kids occupied most of the weekend! That skylark interior looks great. Hope you're happy with it. I'm not familiar with the Cienna. What's your mpg running with 3500#, assuming you put some stuff in it.

We sure didn't pay 25K for the trailer. We were one of the first buyers so paid 18K. Probably can get it for less now.

Ours is the FKV -- the only floor plan that was available when it first came out.

By mid 2012, there will be four floor plans. They have three now. Very intersting how they configure the interior of the front wedge. Things you haven't seen in a trailer before. When I looked at one this fall, it could be had for about $18+ also, but that was before any bargaining.
