OP- everything you need can be bought at Walmart in the boat section, except the Honda cap. Some buy another Honda cap and drill a fitting into the top, but I bought an aluminum cap off eBay all threaded and ready to accept the fuel fitting dejour. It's been solid for over 5 years, and the neighbors haven't complained once.
PS- The Red Cap I have isn't available separately any longer, but THIS is the same thing.
