How To Buy A Camper In Canada and Exchange Rate....

I found a camper in Canada I'd like to buy and I'm in North Dakota. I'm wondering what the process is for buying items in Canada and bringing them to the US. Also, the exchange rate is currently $1.00...

I called the border crossing for coming back into the US and they just need a bill of sale to prove I bought it and didn't steal it. Sounds like it should be pretty easy.
