You must be blind Bumpy. I run south of 17 to FL all the time and 75 is average for everyone. Have seen them try to do it in the slush and snow. What a laugh. I'll bet I can count 15,000 cars tomorrow on 95 S doing 75 or higher between 17 and the state line.Like I said, I've driven 4 million miles and you drive yours, I'll drive mine. Virginia law says you can be ticketed for not moving over to the right if you are "not"passing and someone comes up behind you and it is legal for him to flash his lights signalling you he wants to pass.
