Alabama.........just about the entire state. I try to use the left lane as much as possible, but will move over when necessary. I'm not sure why those roads are so bad. One summer I spun out, while unloaded, going around a ramp doing 20 MPH and ended up in a ditch. Confused, I climbed back up to the road to have a look at why. The road surface was so bad that I slipped and fell as soon as my feet touched it. The only thing that was there was a small amount of morning dew. It felt like walking on 2" thick ice. Luckily I was able to drive the truck out of the ditch with no damage.
