Idaho Build Only???

Question

2014 Jayco 19RD Jay Flight. Jayco site states this model and a few others for 2014 are "Idaho Build Only." I suspect this to mean that this is the only place they will be built. my question is, will they only be available for sale in the northwest and not east of the Rockies?
I like the floor plan for this model.

There is one on Orlando RV's website, with photos. rvone.com click on Orlando RV, then click on new inventory when the page loads.

I believe for the most part all of their smaller trailers will be built in Idaho and all their larger trailers will still be built in Indiana.
