Seriously whoever you talked to is either FOS or their "policy" changed in the last 2 years.
Had Progressive for several years on the TC. Until Progressive got greedy on our auto policies. Now have Am Fam.
FWIW, ALL insurance companies will screw you given the opportunity and anyone who thinks their beloved Jake from State Farm agent (that's a good old people's car insurance company...) is looking out for them is ignorant or delusional.
You basically have to keep your ins co honest and shop them out every so often. Takes them longer to get greedy if you don't have any claims and generally they only make their move when you make a change.
