Interior Lights Don't Work But Outlets Do

After a hard rain storm, there was a small leak through one of the speakers in the bedroom of the trailer. I have sealed everything on the roof recently with caulking ... I can handle the leak. But now nothing works electrically except the outlets and the fridge fan (I think that is what it is). Checked the fuse box, seems fine. Any other options or thoughts since I am a NOVICE at anything electric, well trailers in general.
  • Outlets are 120V, lights are 12V. Two different systems. Check your fuses on the 12V side.
  • X2^^^^^

Plus that fan is probably for the converter. It charges battery and should provide 12V DC power when connected to an AC power source.

  • Also check for fuse near battery - many rigs have auto reset fuse (google for pic).
  • X2 on the fuse near the battery. Our SB came with a fuse located UNDER THE RIG NEAR THE FRONT LEFT which had to be manually set when tripped. I assume it was in the main line from the battery. The only time it did trip we were at the dealers. He replaced it with one that will reset itself.
