Regarding GW - you can get a portable waste water tank. I have the Thetford 27 gallon one (called Smart Tote) on wheels. Dump your grey into it and hook the handle onto your TV hitch ball. Then drive slowly to the CG dump station and dump away - while the trailer stays behind at your campsite.
I have the KZ Sportsmen Classic 16BHT. It has one folding bunk on the front. I have used it a few times without the bunk open. I don't mind it that way, but it is much more open-feeling deployed. I can't move it around by hand, it is way too heavy. But I can rotate the camper a little bit by lifting the hitch end and pushing to the side, although it is pretty hard to do. So I take my time to get it set in the best spot for camping and then leave it there.
