How many people and what else will you have in the truck other than tongue weight?
Your 5.3L/6 speed/3.42 is very competent...the only thing better would have been the 6.2L. You have plenty of power to tow that size trailer, it will be if you like the way the truck rides with that weight if you max the trailer at >7200#.
