I agree on the 825 or 865, Much better layout and more room.
I was at the Lance dealer today and they had a 650 loaded on an older Ford SB.
Because of the sewer drain hanging down they weren't able to put the 650 all the forward. There was approx 18" between the front of the bed and front of camper, which means it's hanging 18" further off the back, about the same as an 825.
The 650 would probably work well on the Ram with 6'4" bed but Ford and Chev have longer beds. Check the fit before committing to the 650.
A Lance 815 may also be a good option.
