Lance model 1172(2013) pull out kitchen faucet handle

We have replaced two faucets in our motorhome, the kitchen one and a bathroom fixture. They are Price/Fister and have a lifetime warranty. DH removed it, we took a picture of the labels that are adhered to the lines and emailed it to PF. They send out brand new exact duplicates of what we had. I think Delta has a lifetime warranty as well. So if you have to replace it and it sounds like you will, be sure to install one with a lifetime warranty.
