Light weight suggestions

So we have decided to upgrade but not our TV yet. I'm looking for suggestions of brands and models based on the following 'perfect' criteria. Bunk beds, queen bed with solid doors to living space, 28 feet max, prefer 26 or less. Dry weight no more than 5k, slide out. A little kitchen counter space is nice. I prefer to buy used and am handy and fairly experienced towing and in RV systems so can carefully evaluate a used trailer. I'll go just about anywhere on the west coast for a good deal as we love a road trip. I'm posting this on day 8 of a 10 day 3000 mile trip now. :-) (now you know why we want to upgrade too!)

    We just bought the Lance 2185. Three bunks, queen, 4,000 dry, slideout, and enough options to customize it to your needs that you will likely have all that you want.

    Our TT is almost perfect for your description. It is a 2011 27QBSS. 27' of trailer plus hitch = 31'

    Dry weight.... 4201 lbs, one lge slide, kitchen and sofa. A good benefit is that you can have full access to everything with the slide in, with walking around room. There is an extra counter. When you go inside there is a cupboard almost like a breakfast bar / stools. A single over double bunk at the back. We have taken 2 extra adults and 2 tweens and been quite comfortable. These TT came with quite a few items that are usually considered options.

    Our TT was made by Monaco for a Canadian firm. There are some found in BC that I have seen online. If you were interested I would call Monaco, I have the # to call. You could talk to them and ask what model is equivalent in the US. I know there are some, I have seen them. Monaco has been great to us in returning all calls within 12 hours as well as dealing with warranty and other issues. In fact a salesman called me from a show he was doing in the southwestern US, to answer a small question I had.
