Lippert 5200# Axle Parts

I have these axles on the TT and was going nuts trying to find the correct part #'s for seals, etc. This PDF you can download to your computer has an exploded diagram of the hub and axle and includes every part number that you'll need for brakes, seals, bearings, etc.
  • BigBird, use this LINK.

It will pull up a complete list of all Lippert manuals, scroll down and you will see both 3500# spring axles and 3500# torsion axles.

Jim here is the link for the 6000 lb axles

    LINK

BurbMan, I need a link for the 3500# axel parts. Thanks
  • I have 6,000# Lippert Axles on my FW. I tried to find a similar PDF for my rig, but struck out. Do you have a link you could point to?

    Thanks much.

    Jim
  • I also have the same axles on a 2008 unit, but mine had the locking tab washer rather than cotter pin and castle nut. Wonder why? I have since changed mine over to spring steel locking cage. Sooo much easier to work with. Thanks for the pic link.
