I have a 2011 Silverado 3500 SRW Diesel with 19.5s. My wet weight is about 3700 lbs. With camper on truck the combined weight is around 12,000 pounds.
Therefore I believe if you want to do everything you say you do and still feel safe, then you need to get at least a 1 ton dually either Ford or GM.
