Make your way back to Jersey. Take the Garden State Parkway South to the Cape May - Lewes Ferry. (DO NOT use anything called a parkway in NY. Garden State is ok) From Lewes, DE take US 13 down across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to Virginia Beach. The ferry and CBBT will require you to turn off the propane.
