Ironically there's a guy a work who has a 09 6.4PSD that is pushing 300k miles. The only thing repaired on the engine was a idler pulley and the transmission bit the bullet at ~250k miles with the factory transmission oil still in it which reflects the overall maintenance performed on this truck. :E
The truck is driven mostly highway miles in which the first gen emissions can tolerate, but throw in a lot of city driving/idling and that's when the problems really happen.
