Hi there! I'm totally new to the RV scene, so your post caught my eye. I'm in the market for my first RV and need something inexpensive to get started. Your Innsbruck might actually be perfect for me as long as I can get someone skilled to take a look at it. I'm not too picky about it being in perfect condition. Could you let me know exactly where in PA it's located? Also, I'd want to use a bill of sale to ensure all the paperwork is legit. Thanks!

To be brutally honest and to the point, 12 year old RVโs with leaks are pretty much worthless. honestly, 12 year old RVโs arenโt worth very much to begin with, then add in the fact that itโs been leaking for who knows how long and that renders it pretty much a losing proposition moneywise. IMO - Your market is the nearest scrapyard.

Yes, year, make model and description. But you need to disclose the leak and I would provide details. How big is the leak, how long has it had the leak, why isn't it fixed, especially if insurance was involved? Need more details for this to make sense. All I can gather from the responses is, you have an RV with a leak you want to sell but somehow insurance was involved and told you it's sellable. What does that mean? Is it a salvage title? I can tell you, a 12-year-old RV that has a leak that isn't fixed isn't going to sell for much money. And if it has a salvage title, you might as well give it away.

Just because the insurance company says that your rv is sellable does not mean that you can sell it without giving more specific information. If it was that easy to fix the leak you would have done it by now.
Please give more information on the leak.

Could you suggest what else I could include besides the year, make and model?

Not sure what you mean by "place to sell"? Are you talking about Craigslist, FB marketplace, RV trader, etc. or are you asking about a physical lot somewhere? And good luck selling a unit with a leak. I would at a minimum, fix the leak and any adjacent damage caused by it. The market is saturated with used RVs, so having one with a leak seriously diminishes it's value.

I'm not able to fix the leak but progressive did say it was sellable so that is what I meant.

If it's not fixable, it certainly isn't "sellable" unless you are going to scam someone into buying it.

You won't get many replies without giving some specific information on your RV.

Besides location, year, make and model, what else could I include? I've never sold one so I 'm not sure. Thank you for your helpfulness. Much appreciated.
