Yea, I owned a 05 TJ with 33x12.5x15. I can tell you, 2k is pushing it on towing capacity. I know I went over that but barely. The 2 door wrangler only weighs 3200lbs. So towing anything heavier, pushes the jeep around, and with a short wheel base, hit a corner a little to fast and the trailer will keep going straight while you jack knife. I love the wrangler, but a StarCraft is a hybrid hard/tent trailer and I believe they are over 3,500lbs unloaded, I could be wrong.
Now can physically can the jeep brakes and drivetrain pull the trailer. YES it can, because the same drivetrain is in the Cherokee and the Unlimited 2 door wrangler. Which both have a higher capacity tow rating but the same drivetrain.

Honestly I've seen people towing with kia sportages and ford escapes, both of which I am not sure how the heck they had the trailer behind that without white knuckles.

Talk about the tail wagging the dog. I saw a CJ-5 on 33'S pulling what appeared to be a 24' travel trailer, I figured he was out of his everloving mind.
