Similar to the Ford Explorer which is no longer a BOF vehicle and not anywhere near as suitable for towing as it used to be. :( The OP did have the opportunity to address this issue by returning the vehicle to the selling dealer by a certain date but presumably she's chosen to not do so and will therefore just have to accept her Pathfinder's limitations for what they are.
