Loose coroplast

My Passport Ultralite has the cold weather package with undercarriage covered with cardboard like material that I have read others call Coroplast. While preparing for our last trip I noticed that two of bolts fasteners holding the coroplast had pulled through leaving large holes in the coroplast. When I loosened the bolts I noticed that they seemed to be hanging loosely and not threaded into the frame or anything solid , like they might be toggle bolts. Fearing that if I removed them totally I would not be able to get them back in I just loosened them enough to slide a 1/4 inch thick plywood disc under them and retightened them. I made the discs about 4 inches in diameter with a slot from the perimeter to the center just wide enough to slit onto the bolt
  • I had some of that under the slide out on a 2000 Trail Lite, water would get into the channels and drip on the floor when slid in.

Now that was a leak that was real hard to diagnose.
  • That will work great.

When I had similar problems, I just got a hand full of fender washers and self tapping screws and put a bunch more in than the factory did...
