No blowouts. Limiting tire experience to just LT tires, I have had one flat. In that case it was the valve stem that failed, presumably due to age. The tires were 14, yes 14, years old at the time, and the valve stem was an incorrect rubber valve stem that was rotten. When I got home from that trip, the truck got six new tires and valve stems.
