Made the maiden voayge with the new Jayco 32 IBTS to Nascar race in Bristol Tn and back. New rig is 2ft 5inches longer than old rig but did not notice any difference in handling still no sway and it was quite windy Monday on the way home 12 hr drive both ways for us 11 1/2 hrs drive time 1/2 hr spend with fuel stops and bathroom breaks. Looks like we have lost about 1/2 mpg in fuel economy with the longer heavier rig and need a little more caution in and out of gas stations with extra tail swing but with the Reese dual cam set-up and the Dodge dually still a very comfortable towing experience. With the triple slides the inside is much roomier, the outside door to the bathroom makes the bath shower area large enough to comfortably get dressed, and the outside kitchen is handier than I thought it would be. Wife is still trying to adjust where to store things in new layout but no negatives so far. Old trailer was a Jayco 29 GBH.

That's a great trailer. After many long hours pouring over floor plans on the manufacturer's websites that's on the short list of trailers when I make the leap and upgrade. I'm in about the same boat as you were with a 30' current TT. The space in the bunk area is super nice. I haven't been in an IBTS but saw some similar units at an RV show recently and was very impressed with the size. Congratulations!

How was your experience at the track? Did you stay for the whole race through the rain delays and crashes?

Did you use a generator? Have the tanks pumped out after the race? Did you tow with water tanks full on the way there, or get local fill up?

Nice rig, good to hear maiden voyage went well. Not surprised it towed well with hitch and truck you are using. Have lots of great trips in your new Jayco.
