Meet the Twins.. LOTS of pics

So, a while back, I posted about replacing the rear anti-sway bar with a Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway bar, and what a HUGE, MASSIVE, night and day difference it made.

Time to do the front.

Yesterday the front arrived. Actual work time about 30 minutes. I had almost as much time in opening the box, finding the tools, drinkin beer, and jacking the truck up/down as I did doing the actual swap. Instructions said an hour, so pretty much spot on. 30 minutes of BS, 30 minutes of actual work. Kinda like a government job, right? :B

Haven't taken it out yet with the TC on, will soon, and update how the "seat of the pants-meter" feels.

Here's pics of the install.

  • Was the previous rear bar Ford OEM? That's great customer service.
  • Yup, E-trailer runs a great out fit. Can't beat there service. Your going to love it with both new bars. Lots of difference in size I'd say.

Who did you buy them from?

So, the usual "I'm not affiliated with blah blah in any way" disclaimer...
That being said, etrailer.com. They had the best posted price, and then I googled "etrailer coupon code" I quickly found a 5% off coopin that saved me $20.
    But..
After I ordered it, they emailed me saying it was on backorder and would be a week before they shipped.
    Here's where it gets good--
BEFORE I could even call, I got an email saying sorry for the backorder, and that they've already made arrangements to have it drop-shipped from the factory 2-day air. Talk about service!
