In this case, I think that an anti sway bar needed is more the case. I've seen a lot of trailers swaying down the road and as we pass them (quickly), there's no anti-sway bar. Even when we had an F250 and a 22' TT, we had both a weight distributing hitch and an anti sway bar. Both good measure. Again, assuming that the picture is the result of swaying, but it could be black ice and nothing to do with sway.
