We bought these units used. Bought in late fall so we got some great deals. I'm finding that our current Tracer is very popular with half ton people such as us since it really is A LOT of room with the full slide with relatively light weight that can be handled by a half ton. We went to the dealer last night and they drooled when we said we had a Tracer to trade (we'll see how bad they want it, I'm going to make them work for it). Working on numbers currently on a 2015 Jayco 28BHS with the Elite package. Not as much interior space as our Tracer, but a heck of a lot more solid and a lot of features that we don't have with the Tracer.
