The Jensen radio/CD (I think it's the same model) did the same thing in our Keystone Springdale TT. We bought the TT used (only a year old)but after trying to "reset" the radio, checking that the alarm wasn't on, and going thru the troubleshooting agenda, I called the dealer and asked what we could do.
Two days later, we got a whole new unit from Keystone. After installing it (easy, just pull it out and plug all the wires into the new unit), I tried the CD player...and it refused to play a CD, just kept spitting it back out. I admit to being a little annoyed! So I pulled out the new unit, unplugged it and was going to send it back to Keystone...when I happened to see a big red sticker with the words "REMOVE THIS CD SHIPPING SCREW BEFORE INSTALLATION"! Removed the screw, re-installed the unit and every thing works great. My husband told me "If at first you don't succeed...read the directions!"
