Here's a photo from our Springdale. I don't have any photos of our new Outback bedroom, but I set up the fans the same way. The bar is just a spring loaded shower bar and clip on fans. Works very nice for us. Sorry no photos of my current trailer with this set up. But we did set it up the exact same way.
I just noticed your's is an HTT. Same idea would work on your bunk ends, just need to be a little more creative where the fans would clip. Your concept is nice, especially since you can plug into your 12 volt plugs. Mine are restricted to 120 volt.
