You can add the four pucks yourself. It took me around 4 hours working by myself to install the four pucks and the inbed wiring. The brackets for the pucks are already on the frame. The bed is unbolted on one side at a time with the other side loose. I used a floor jack and board to raise the bed. The bolts that hold the bed on are locklited and do not come out easily. I have no need for a goose neck hitch, so I did not add that.
If it is a long bed, I would suggest a B&W RVK3600 hitch. Mine is a short bed an I am using a Demo 6099 picture frame and B&W RVK3270 Hitch.
The hole saw for the bed is not a standard size(3 3/4") stocked at box stores. I ordered it from Amazon.
