My new ride

Just brought home a 2022 F-150 STX with the 2.7 Ecoboost. It will be a little while before I will be towing with it but I'm excited to see how it does. My camper is around 4000 loaded so weight is not going be an issue. I can't believe all the tech stuff it has. I would be interested if anyone has any experience with this engine or truck.By the way this is my very first NEW vehicle!!

That is a great lookin truck! My buddies similar truck appears black, but in the sun, is actually a deep shade of blue.

Not your fathers old F150. These new ones are unreal with advancements! They also have the fancy improved price. Should give you many miles/years of good service, and a fun ride too!

Thanks for the replys. I know a few people with the 3.5s that love them so its good to know the 2.7s are good too. Oldwizard1, I lucked out that the one I got had just arrived as an on the lot vehicle. I went to test drive a used truck but decided new was money better spent.Test drove it Friday and picked it up Saturday.I will post pictures when I figured it out

There're always those that doubt new technology.

When Toyota puts turbos on their most reliable and iconic truck - Land Cruiser, that implies OEM turbos are a matured technology.

Not to mentioned every diesel vehicle runs turbos.
