Might be a stupid question but why not just charge from the seven pin trailer plug that came on the truck? The fridge shouldn't pull that much if it's already cooled out. The truck shouldn't have any trouble keeping up. My truck keeps my two group 29 batteries full while traveling running my A/C only fridge off the inverter.
