Need New Ladder for Lance Camper

Our garage roof overhang attacked our 1997 Lance camper and broke the hinged ladder to the roof and the window behind the ladder.

A glass shop is making a new window but I haven't been able to find a new replacement ladder. I'd prefer installing a new one instead of trying to fix the old one.

The ladder has the hinged lower section so the cubby-hole can be accessed. Lance doesn't have parts on hand that go back this far. Does anyone have a source for these? Thanks!

    As MN Ben said topline in Paramount, Ca. I replaced mine and they were a big help. Now I was able to drive there to pick up so you would have shipping to deal with. I have a 95 and wanted a excat match due to mounting points and they had it. They told me where to find a tag with a number and they have a large data base to match your ladder. Where mine mounted to the camper at the bottom there was a tag and number, it was inside the plate so when I removed it there it was. Fit perfect right where the original one mounted, not cheap but excat match. Good luck

    You can go to a marine store and get all kinds of H/W for that sort of thing.
