Very important to watch how much weight you put on the rear. The amount of overhang from the axles to the rear of the trailer could really cause problems with control if you get too heavy on the rear.
Very true. I have the weight moved evenly to keep me at my 12% tongue weight (1200lbs). I've been towing with the setup for 7 years.
