Need to replace Bed canvas

Hi, I have a 2005 Cub Aerolite. We just purchased it from a previous owner. We knew we had this situation when we purchased it. One bed, the owner cut part of the canvas out. It's the portion you would unzip and let it fall down to see out. It's cut completely off. And the other bed has a couple sections that need re-sewn. My question is: Where can we get new canvas? My husband is very good at handy work so if he could do it as a DIY project to save a good bit he is good with that. Anyone ever heard of a local upholstery shop being able to just repair them? We've called all the local camper stores and none have been helpful. Any advice is appreciated!

Since that's a 2005 contact Cub and see if they have a pattern available. Then look for a local tent & awning maker. More often than not they can make one cheaper than a specialized supplier. If you can't get the pattern they can probably make a pattern using your old canvas bunk ends.

Tent ends are made by subcontractors, not the RV manufacturers.
Seriously doubt Dutchmen would have such a thing.

All the hybrid tent ends I know of, have a tag with the tent end manufacturer's name on it.

Thank you. There is actually a tent manufacturer in Birmingham near me. I will give that a shot. I wondered if an upholstery shop would work too??? We have one in town and they have redone my awning before but I haven't asked about the bed tents.

Thank you. I was calling them bed canopies so I wasn't having much luck. That helped a lot! I am checking them out now. Thanks again
