All of the 17" rims I've looked at were rated higher than stock. I think it becomes more of an issue as you move into the larger "blingier" rims.
Do look for hub-centric rims if you want to ensure a vibration-free ride. I made that mistake, and as the lug seats have worn on my lug-centric rims, vibration has developed and gotten worse, no matter how balanced they are. I will be replacing the rims with hub-centric rims next tire swap, but it does dramatically reduce wheel options.
