- My_RoadtrekExplorerI think the material on the drawer fronts is optional.
- TrailerTravele1ExplorerWe love our "last year's" Lance 1685. The new more aerodynamic front might make towing a bit easier, and I really really like the extra windows in either side of the slideout/dinette. But I'm not at all a fan of the new interior decor - especially the upholstered drawers under the dinette seats - ugh. And I wonder how much storage space is lost with the slanted front versus my box version.
We won't be trading our old model 1685 in on the new version, even if it is the "Anniversary Edition". :) - Arizona_KidExplorerThe 2285 is a nice lay out, and she did a good job with the walk through. Too much trailer for me, but if I was looking for a Ultra Light weight 22' (27' overall) trailer with 2 doors, slide out, and 4 season package, it would be on my list.

- jaycocreekExplorer III lived in almost that exact floor plan without a slide. It was a 18 ft Ideal..For a smaller trailer to get into the places I go,Lance is my first pick.I like the 1685 and 1995.
I often think about downgrading size wise every time I go to the hills from my 30ft bumper to ball to something just like the Lance.Owned a couple Lance pickup campers and there very good units.
That 1685 is there best seller I'm told! - BillB800siExplorerNever cared for Lance's floorplans. I like privacy in the bedroom and all the floorplans I've ever seen of Lances had just a curtain separating the bedroom from the main area.
