Mostly ones that had to have big money dumped into a "bulletproofing" or two. You can always spot them in the shop being the ones with the body lifted off the truck. Can't even get people to work on the 6.4s that haven't burned. The nearly ten year old Lion v6 diesel has to have a better track record than these two.
Having owned a 6.4 PSD, I agree wholeheartedly.
