2014 Keystone Sprinter 299RET. Manufacturer and dealer have not been helpful/responsive.

1) Dump valves are 2 gray and 2 black. One gray is for the clothes washer not installed and not an issue. I have another gray valve and no issue. However I have 2 black valves and one only holds back a few ounces of stuff. The other is normal. Any idea what the source is for that small amount of black?
2) The heater blower comes on when the a/c is turned on. No heat, fortunately, but it shouldn't be on. The thermostat controls are simple and easy and I think I have tried everything. Thoughts?
3) It appears the black and gray tank level displays are backwards. Somewhat normal issue? I will just live with it.

Thanks!

Your heater - A/C problem is a bit odd. It could be multiple problems. What happens when you have the thermostat call for heat? It would also help to know what brand/model of heater and A/C.
Gray and black - especially black - sensors tend to be unreliable as those tanks tend to get residue build up on with use.

My rig just turned ten years old a couple months ago and my tank sensors still work fairly well. Grey tank sensor works as it should and the black tank sensor works almost all the time as it should.

I have heard a lot about sensor problems but fortunately I have not experienced those problems.

I do dump a cup of laundry detergent in the black tank on occasion but started that recently so I am not sure this really has helped or not.

I used to use chemicals in the tank but gave that up a few years ago with no ill affects.

Check your thermostat and ensure that the FAN switch is set to AUTO not ON.
In the Auto position the fan will only run when heat or cooling is requested.

I looked up your floorplan, you only have one toilet, having more then one blackwater tank would be, unusual and unlikely.

Having your #2 grey tank connected only to the clothswasher option is equally unlikely. Most likely the #2 is connected to the clothswasher and bathroom.

If you do have four holding tanks, the fourth -might- be the clothswasher (or sink/shower)

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.

If you can.....

Post pictures of your 4 waste tank valves.
You only have 1 toilet correct?---should only be 1 black tank

Might have a 'galley' due to kitchen sink being curbside
1 'grey' for shower/bathroom sink
1 for washer.
Is it time for your medication or mine?

The black water will usually say "3/4" or "Full" after the first time you use some toilet paper and flush it down the toilet, and then take a drive. The TP will get stuck on the black tank sensor, and it will forever read full.

I have even seen my black water tank read (with 4 lights) not 1/4, and not light up the 1/2 full, but the 3/4 and full light up. So basically I ignore it and am happy that I have a 59 gallon black tank that will never overfill.. .

I have no idea why you might have a 'pair' of black tanks, but I guess a manufacture can build anything. I am looking to buy a Heartland toyhauler, and it will come with two bathrooms, therefore 2 black and 2 grey tanks. It might even come with a pair of 100 gallon fresh water tanks - as a option. That would be great and allow for some really long dry camping trips!

Have a great time camping!
