Hard to tell from that pic but the roof looks like it needs a ton of tlc
Assuming you have checked the interior thoroughly for signs of water damage
Was this rig was stored under a cover/indoors?
Looks like the caulking is in tough shape
I would be shocked to learn that you had no water damage
