This is a type of construction that is aimed at the lightwieght TV crowd. The advantages are the ability to use a lighter frame in the TT, and the ability to lower the TW, while still towing well. Issues that are of benefit to 1/2 ton and smaller TVs.
The disadvantage is the increased force on the tires/wheels/suspension when turning.
I have seen spring hangers ripped off the frame from these forces.
IMO, if you have one, avoid turning sharp such as when backing into a campsite. Especially on high traction surfaces such as asphalt.
