Newbie here Looking for a light weight TT for 5 suggestions?

Looking for (suggestions)for a lightweight TT that can sleep 5.
I've found MANY that can accommodate that but I am asking for suggestions. What do YOU suggest and why?
I've been looking near me but I can travel to go get one too.
I am in Omaha, NE.

I am looking for one that has bunks, couch and dinette and a queen bed.

I am looking for something that is under 5000 range for weight. My max towing is 9100 but I want to keep it way below that.

TT that I've been looking at are:
Jayco 174BH (only issue I see is no couch) but is doable
Forest River Patriot Edition 16BHS but again no couch
and both dinettes are tiny.
Oh and not over 15k in price.

The trailers you are listing will be pretty tight for five if you plan to do more than just sleep in them. Something with a sleeper couch will be a good idea because setting up and breaking down the dinette as a bed gets old. Something in the 24 to 26 range would be nice. Personally, I would buy used for two reasons. First, you can get so much more trailer for the money. Second, you reduce your risk if you find that you don't like the trailer or just don't like camping and you need to sell. If you do like camping, you may want to sell and upgrade.

On length, unless you have storage limitations, there's value in going longer up to a point. Longer seems easier to work with in my opinion, but above a certain length can make the towing setup a bit trickier.

We plan on paying cash but wouldn't mind financing a little to be more comfortable.

I should add that I want to keep under 30 feet lol.. preferably 22ish

9100 is a comfortable range to work with. We bought a Coleman Lantern 262BH that weighs about 5500 dry. Super slide, sleeps more than what you need. My rating on the Suburban is 8200 and it tows fine. I'm more like 6500 at ready to go camping weight. That's still well under the 8200. For 5 people get as much trailer as fits into your budget and still well under the tow limit.

"My max towing is 9100" What is your TV's payload? Family of five but what do you plan to carry in the TV? $15k max will be difficult.
