I don't think you are going to find any 1.5 bath TT that is within an Expedition's ratings. You are limited to about 900 pounds of tongue weight, which is about 7000 pounds loaded and under 6000 pounds dry. Depending on payload and how much those people weigh that are traveling in the Expy while traveling, you may be looking at even lower weights.
So if you want cannot compromise on the bath and a half, you will be compromising on the tow vehicle, like replacing your Expy with something like a 1-ton passenger van.
Something like the Keystone Passport 2920 or Bullet 287 might be a good fit for your Expy.
