Newest Mod..........

So my latest mod will be removing the crummy resin/plastic sink and installing a shiny new stainless steel sink. I am going to install one that was recommended (from Lowes) by one of the forums on this page. It's a single faucet hole, double sink. I think I will add a Douleton Under Sink Ceramic Carbon filter and a second "filtered water faucet". This way we can eliminate the extra Britta pitcher on the counter that has the drinking and coffee water. This will be a great upgrade and I may be able to re-rout some of the drain/trap abs to gain a little space......space that will likely get used up by the new under sink filter!

    The second faucet is one of those dinky little Reverse Osmosis type faucets. It only needs a 1/2" hole in the sink. Likely the right side inline with the large one. The large one is in the middle, or at least, between the sinks. More than likely the right, as the dish drainer is on the left side of the sink and it is more "busy" on that side.

    LOL, yeah this sounds about right, I want to do one thing which means I have to do 12 other things first in order to do the one thing I really want done! :) Sounds like a great upgrade!!

    The recommendations for this sink came from someone on the forum that was as disgusted with their plastic sink as I am. Looking at the measurements I am certain it will fit with very little whittling to the counter Also the faucet will be a single hole with a pull out sprayer, which will be nice for rinsing dishes. This will happen after I get the high pressure gas run over to the gas grill location....which happens after I shift the batteries toward the L.P. tanks.........which happens after the snap ups get modified to make room for
    the batteries to get moved...............I have work to do.

    That is what I'm going to do when we get home. Replace sink and faucet.

    What is the SKU from Lowes? I want to get rid of the plastic sink too, but cannot find a fit.
