Northland TT's?

My buddy is looking at this used trailer 17' Northland. I've never heard of Northland and I can't seem to find much information about them. It looks like it may have been made by Pacific coachworks but they don't seem to have the Northland product line anymore. Anyone know anything about them?
I cant even figure out tongue weight, etc.

Thanks,
Scott

Gotta say ... Their website does not impress ...
https://www.pacificcoachworks.com/

Scroll down. Apparently they're going to be showing 2017 models at a show in CA sometime soon. ๐Ÿ˜„

Northland was an Idaho builder of truck campers that branched out to building small travel trailers. I understand that at some point, Northland stopped building truck campers to focus on the travel trailers. Pacific Coach purchased the company, but it appears that the Northand name is history and Northland trailers are "orphans". Perhaps Pacific Coach has re-branded the Northland product. Rugged Mountain RV in Idaho has taken over building truck campers which are sold factory direct. To learn more, visit. www.ruggedmountaincustomrv.com

So no one else has ever heard of them either. Very strange.
