Amazing what wide angle and photoshop can do those days 😉

That is how they look., seemingly the bulk of them have that "shiny"look.U.S. Style Truck campers really struggle to get any traction here. Too basic and not built for extreme Off Road

While way too much set-up for my taste, but it is a really well designed unit. Extremely good use of space, but a wine rack!!

Looking at that Google post and see one that had an oops.

That was my tough.
Americans can afford comfort and nobody wants to spend hour to set tents on assemble foldable trailer.
Nothing like pull to the site and push the button to extend the slide.

Although the UEV has some South African DNA. Camper trailers like it are made by about 30 local manufacturers. U.S. style Folding Trailers are made by about 6-7 manufacturers.
The CamperTrailers are geared for more Off Road use than a typical US TC . Set up is in minutes not " hours" 🙂
Want , Wine Racks, Climate Control, Great Audio and Electronic interface etc, you get a Caravan

I think these are usually known as expedition trailers. Perhaps mount one on a flatbed?

Pretty cool little unit. Rock crawlers and major off roaders would love everything about this.....except the price I would guess.
