Seems like a relatively small truck camper on a big truck. Can’t really see it as a typical use. It’s not much diferent than putting it on a flatbed trailer or gooseneck trailer.

You can buy similar trucks in the USA and as long as they are not used for commercial operations, I don't think you even need a commercial drivers license in most states.

No you cannot buy Japanese Trucks like these in the US, they do not exist. I do not know if the F650-F750 trucks have a 4x4 option.

Odd...took less than 5min to find dealer with isuzu cab over 4x4 for sale new in Florida...

Looks mostly custom order stuff but that's simply that not many have a use for a 4x4 version...but I'm sure you know better.

Yes you will get an Isuzu Cabover in the US but not these heavy 9-10 litre Diesels, Engines and Trucks are not sold in the US

I think the 20,000 pound payload might be a stretch. That truck is only legal for 32,000 total, it hasn’t got the axles and tires for more.
This looks cool but it’s a terrible rig to drive. The ride in these cabovers is horrible!
Off road you have to crawl or you’ll beat yourself and the camper to death.

I’d sooner use an old Peterbilt 359 or 389, with a real engine and air ride suspension.
At least they drive nice.
