That's not fully correct. My 2001 F250 had A Code rear springs, F350s of the same year had B code springs. A codes were rated around 6k, B codes were 6800 or so.
This 2005 F350 has a rear spring code of CC, not sure what that is. I do know Ford rates the rear axle higher at 7k lbs total.
